Every couple who would like to take part in international competitions, must first be registered. The annual registration fee is Euro 20.- per person.

At the moment FAST REGISTRATION PROTOCOL is active which enables you to register all you existing couples also for 2010. The FRP will be closed on February 20, 2010 and after this date you will be able to add new dancers and couples.

Please read bellow the instructions how to use FRP:

1.      REGISTRATION OF DANCERS, COUPLES AND FORMATIONS

We have stepped into the year 2010 so it is time to renew the WRRC registration of your couples, dancers, formations.

Last year we had some problems regarding the fast protocol – quite some nations ignored it and then it was not easy to register all dancers on time.

Before you start with the registration I would like to point out some things:

-          There are several nations with open registration Invoices for 2009. Please make sure that you pay them at once!

-          Ranking lists: AFTER THE FAST REGISTRATION PERIOD IS CLOSED ALL THE RANKING LISTS WILL BE RECALCULATED AND ONLY ACTIVE COUPLES WILL REMAIN ON RANKING LISTS – IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU REGISTER YOUR TOP DANCERS ON TIME!!!

Fast registration protocol (FRP) enables you to easy renew the registration or change the category of the active couple from 2009. PLEASE DON’T DELETE THE COUPLES if you are not 100% sure they will not compete again – if you delete a couple, all its ranking points are deleted as well!!!

Please do the fast registration by the following steps:

Please be careful not to mix up the field for deletion and the field for activation

1.      Activate the couples

-          if the category remains the same, just click the field Req. for activation!

-          If the couple must change the category select the appropriate new category from the list of “choose new category”

-          If you really want to delete the couple – click req. for delete

-          WHEN YOU ARE FINISHED YOU HAVE TO CLICK SUBMIT

2.      Activate the formations

-          if the category remains the same, just click the field Req. for activation!

-          If the formations must change the category select the appropriate new category from the list of “choose new category”

-          If you really want to delete the formation – click req. for delete

-          WHEN YOU ARE FINISHED YOU HAVE TO CLICK SUBMIT

3.      Activate the remaining dancers (with new partners, without partner…)

-          You don’t need to activate the dancers which you have already activated via couples or formations!!!

-          if you want to activate the dancer, just click the field Req. for activation!

-          If you really want to delete the dancer – click req. for delete

-          WHEN YOU ARE FINISHED YOU HAVE TO CLICK SUBMIT

The FRP will be active until February 20, 2010. After that the process will be closed and you will need to reactivate the remaining dancers one by one. After the FRP is closed you would be able to add new dancers, couples, formations.
